POCs that end in a decision
POC Hardwiring Sprint
An entry gate before any POC, a success plan the buyer signs, go or no-go wording, a readout the approver can read alone, a session with your engineers.
work with me
I work with cybersecurity vendors on direct deals, POCs, partners and the funnels that feed them, the same work I do in my day job. Every engagement starts with a written diagnostic, so you don't pay for a fix before we know what is broken.
Three diagnostics a quarter, one at a time.
You send what you already have. I read it, we talk twice for an hour, and you get a written report with ten recommendations in order and one next step.
If AI and CRM data could take work off your team, the report has a short section on where to start and what to keep out of public models.
Sprints are available only after a diagnostic, because the diagnostic shows which one, if any, will move your pipeline. Each has a fixed list of deliverables, a start date and an end date.

Partners who win with your customers
Whether you need a distributor, a scored shortlist, programme tiers, deal registration rules that hold, a joint account plan and a one-page kit for partner sellers.
Demand your sales team and partners can use
A message built from your customers' words, three assets buyers forward, one lead magnet with its emails, a campaign partners run under their own name, reporting from content to pipeline.
I don't sell on your behalf, run outbound or paid campaigns, recruit partners for you, negotiate with distributors in your name or give legal advice. When a recommendation touches contracts, I say so and your lawyer decides.
For transparency: I work full time at Securivy, where I lead sales of Syteca and Admin By Request in Poland. More on who I work with.
Because the same symptom has different causes. A POC that runs long can come from missing exit criteria, from a partner running it alone, or from a buyer who never had budget. Each needs a different fix, and the diagnostic finds out which one you have before you pay for the fix.
That is why there are three diagnostics a quarter and one sprint at a time, with fixed scope and fixed dates. The method comes from that job.
Then you keep the report and the ten recommendations, and nothing else is sold to you.
No. I guarantee the scope and the dates. Pipeline depends on what your team does after the report. Each sprint names the numbers to track, with the baseline from the diagnostic.
Every company pays the same price for the same scope. The diagnostic credit is the one way the price of a sprint changes.
Yes, if you invite them. In the Partner Program Sprint, partner interviews are part of the work.
Poland first: enterprise buyers in financial services and critical infrastructure, public tenders, and the distributors, integrators and consultancies around them. For the rest of Europe I work from the same mechanics and say plainly where my direct experience ends.
We sign an NDA before you send anything. Your materials are used for your diagnostic only, and nothing about your company appears on this site or in the newsletter without your written approval of the final text.
In euros, excluding VAT, paid upfront for the diagnostic and 50% at the start and 50% on delivery for a sprint.
Email me five short answers: your company and product, your role, the countries you sell in, your pipeline target for the next two quarters, and the one problem you want solved. I read every application myself.
